Attorney David Jordan of Gallup, NM; slacker, loser

The state of New Mexico presented David R. Jordan with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from the University of New Mexico School of Law.

The New Mexico Disciplinary Board found Davey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to represent client diligently (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to keep client informed about status of matter
• Failed to expedite client litigation
• ed to obtain client consent regarding settlements
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Mexico Supreme Court punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. July 2021), Davie practices with the Law Offices of David R. Jordan PC at 1995 State Road in Gallup, New Mexico.
