Attorney Daniel Faber of Albuquerque, NM; ethical troll

The state of New Mexico presented Daniel M. Faber with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from the University of New Mexico School of Law.

The New Mexico Disciplinary Board found Danny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to hold funds received in an IOLTA trust account until dispute regarding said funds was resolved
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Mexico Supreme Court punished Danny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. January 2021), Danny practices at 4620 Jefferson Lane NE in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
