Judge Mark Tranquilli of Pittsburgh, PA; bigoted loser
The state of Pennsylvania presented Mark J. Tranquilli with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
FYI: Alan has had his significant snout firmly implanted in the public trough for the past forty-five (45) years. Apparently, no self-respecting law firm in the greater Philadelphia area was about to offer him a good paying job.
The Judicial Conduct Board found Judge Tranquilli guilty of engaging in the following misconduct
While serving an assignment in family court, Judge Tranquilli conducted a custody conciliation in the matter of Jayson Patterson and Cara Patterson, both of whom were black. At various points during the conciliation hearing, Judge Tranquilli stated the following or words to that effect.
When discussing the issue of communication between the parties, Tranquilli affected an accent and dialect described as “Ebonics.” He then went on to say to the Pattersons:
“And when I say communication, I don’t mean ‘and den da bitch done dis, and den da bitch done dat.”
At the conclusion of a jury trial involving Lamar Rice and the jury’s verdict of not guilty of possession of a controlled substance (Tranquille visibly upset at the not guilty verdict), Judge Tranquilli made the following comments about various jurors in the presence of Assistant District Attorney Thaddeus Dutkowski and defense counsel Joseph Otte.
During sentencing hearings involved a variety of defendants, Judge Tranquilli made the following statements to the defendants.
“So, if you don’t show up in 30 days, you have violated my probation, and I’m going to case you down amongst the Sodomites, all right, in state prison. All right?”
All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Bruce the Perv by the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
As we speak (ca. August 2020), Judge Morrow continues to sit as an Alleghany County Common Pleas Judge in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
