Barrister Sami Rahman of England; convicted loser

The Law Society presented Sami Ur Rahman with a Barristers license in 1996 after he graduated from the University of Bristol School of Law.

The Bar Standards Board found Sami guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Behaved in a way which was likely to diminish the trust and confidence which the public places in him or in the profession
  • Twice breached a non-molestation order made by the Family Court in Uxbridge
  • Convicted of acting in breach of the non-molestation order

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Barrister Misfits sitting on the Bar Standards Board punished Sami by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his barrister’s license and imposed a fine of £1000 (1,286.00).

As we speak (ca. August 2020), Sami practices with Byron Chambers at 1 Sparkbridge Road in Harrow, Greater London, United Kingdom.
