Solicitor Cheung Mickey of Hong Kong; ethical goblin

The Law Society of Hong Kong presented Cheung Kam Min Mickey with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from the University of Hong Kong School of Law.

The Solicitor’s Disciplinary Counsel found Lai Man Chun guilty of engaging in the following misconduct

• Failed to promptly reply to client emails
• Failed to reply fully and promptly or to explain his conduct to the Law Society’s ethics enquiries (Screw you, said Cheung!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Board punished Paulie by gifting him with a complimentary restriction on his practice for one year, a fine of HK$40,000.00 ($4,110.00 US) and investigative costs of HK$235,096.00 ($30,037.00).
