Attorney Marcus Lipham of Jackson, TN; moronic slacker

The state of TennesseeprovidedMarcus Allen Lipham with a law license in 2017 after he graduated from the Nashville School of Law.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility Marcus guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (moron) 
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Failed to timely investigate merits of client’s claims
• Failed to comply with client information requests
• Delayed in notifying his client that he was declining to file suit

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Marcus by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
