Attorney Lawrence Spivak of New York City; moronic loser

The state of New York presented Lawrence Spivak with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from Hofstra Law School

In April 2012, the U.S. 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals in New York City established that they’d had their fill of Larry the Moron’s conduct by issuing him a public reprimand.

Larry’s moronic conduct involved him repeatedly filing requests for extensions to file appellate briefs after the time to so act had passed. The Court also had tired of the Moron repeatedly disobeying scheduling orders in at least 10 cases between 2007 and 2010.

The Committee that investigated Larry’s misconduct, noted to the Appellate Court panel that there were at least three other ethics complaints filed against him.

At a six-hour hearing regarding his misconduct, Larry the Comic blamed his misconduct on his wife’s medical problems and other unspecified family issues. If Larry ever loses his law license he can always find employment as a standup comedian.

As we speak (April 2012) Larry practices his brand of law at 7232 Broadway in Jackson Heights, which is in the burough of Queens in New York City.
