► Attorney John Schmutz of Oxnard, CA; convicted pervert

The state of California presented John Eric Schmutz with a law license in 1996 after he graduated from the Glendale University College of law in Glendale, California.

The State Bar Court found Johnny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

Convicted of indecent exposure

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Gerry by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year term of probation.  

As we speak (ca. August 2020), Johnny practices with the Law Office of Eric Schmutz in Oxnard, California.
