Judge David Miller of Miami, FL; loudmouth bully

The state of Florida provided David Craig Miller with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from Nova Southeastern University School of Law.

The Florida Judicial Qualifications Commission found Davey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Wildly waved his arms and shouted at noisy courthouse visitors
• Threatened one lawyer in crowd of courthouse visitors with contempt for merely shaking her head in disbelief over Davey’s behavior
• Conduct in lobby of courthouse was inappropriate and violated the Code of Judicial Conduct
• Personally, confronted guests of Judge Altfield’s investiture who had congregated in a public lobby of the Miami Dade Courthouse at the conclusion of the ceremony

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2020), Davey continues to sit as a 11^th Circuit Court judge in Miami, Florida.
