Attorney Paul York of Cornelia, GA; engaged in forgery

The state of Georgie provided Paul J. York with a law license in 2014 after he graduated from the John Marshall School of Law.

In one matter, Paulie is facing criminal charges for engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Accused of forging signatures of a judges and a prosecutor to get his client’s costly ankle monitor removed
  • Charged with two counts of forgery
  • Charged with one count of filing a false document
  • Failed an order for bond modification to remove client’s ankle monitor, which cost the client $380 every two weeks, with the order containing forged signature of the judge and assistant district attorney

All that remains now is to see how much time Paulie will do in prison for the crimes he committed.

Moreover, we will also have wait and see what punishment will be meted out to Paulie as to his law license by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar of Georgia and the Georgia Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. August 2020), Paulie practices with York Law LLC at 1070 South Main Street in Cornelia, Georgia.
