Georgia’s 2019 Judicial Ivory Soap Ethics Rating = 99.75%

Ivory Soap advertises a purity rating of 99.44%. In the Georgia judicial system, there are 1,106 judges and magistrates practicing throughout the state. For the year 2019, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Judicial Qualifications Commission handed out the following complimentary sanctions against two (2) judges for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

  • 2 = number of resignations with discipline pending
  • 1 = number of suspensions

This laughable finding by the Judicial Qualifications Commission means that Georgia has a 99.75% Ivory Soap Purity rating for 2018 is preposterous in that it indicates the near impossibility of finding a dishonest or incompetent attorney.

This would mean that if all 1,106 Judges attended a concert at the Hugh Hodgson Concert Hall at the University of Georgia with a seating capacity of 1,100, it’d be nearly impossible to locate the 2 unethical judges even if they raised their hands in unison.

And lastly, the folks in Georgia are incredibly lucky to say the least to have a judiciary that is as honest and competent as the Judicial Qualifications Commission findings would have us believe.
