Attorney William Penglase of Doylestown, PA; moronic loser

The state of Pennsylvania provided William Craig Penglase with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from Temple University School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Billy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Made an extrajudicial statement he knew would be disseminated by means of public communication and would have substantial likelihood of material prejudging an adjudicative proceeding in the matter
• Improperly revealed informed relating to client representation without obtaining client consent
• Failed to reasonably consult with client about means by which client objectives were to be accomplished
• Failed to abide by client decision concerning objectives of the representation
• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Billy and his firm fail to mention the misconduct set forth above on their self-serving website at www.penglaseandbenson.com. Apparently, they chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting their future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. October 2020), Billy practices with Penglase & Benson Inc at 18 North Main Street in Doylestown, Pennsylvania.
