Attorney Mary Zemyan of West Point, MT; idiotic loser

The state of Montana presented Mary Zemyan with a law license in 1977 after she graduated from the University of Montana School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel of Montana (ODC) found Mary guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to complete any work on behalf of client
• Took a year to refund unearned fee
• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Montana Supreme Court punished Mary by gifting her with a complimentary admonishment.  

As we speak (ca. July 2021), Mary practices at 122 3^rd Avenue South in West Point, Montana.
