Attorney Torger Oaas of Lewistown, MT; ethical leprechaun

The state of Montana presented Torger Oaas with a law license in 1976 after he graduated from the University of Montana School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel of Montana (ODC) found Torger guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to provide client with written fee agreement
  • Failed to respond to opposing counsel’s discovery requests on behalf of his clients
  • Failed to respond to opposing counsel’s motion for Order Deeming Requests for Admissions Admitted on behalf of his clients

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Montana Supreme Court punished Torger by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.

As we speak (ca. July 2021), Torger practices at 618 West Main Street in Lewistown, Montana.
