Attorney Maryann Meaney of Oregon City, OR; ethical goblin

The state of Oregon provided Maryann Meaney with a law license in 1989 after she graduated from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law.

The Oregon State Bar Association found Maryann guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Client was vulnerable
• Failed to return file to client upon termination

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oregon Supreme punished Stefanie by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Maryann fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on her self-serving website at www.maryannmeaney.com. Apparently, she chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting her future victim pool.
