Attorney Dana Hogle of Mesa, AZ; ethical troll

The state of Arizona provided Dana Reed Hogle with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from California Western University School of Law.

The Arizona State Bar found Dana guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Misconduct involved multiple offenses
• Failed to comply with discovery deadlines
• Failed to abide by court orders
• Failed to respond to opposing party motions
• Failure to comply with discovery and court orders led to client case being dismissed with prejudice (meaning client forever barred from ever pursing the claim in the future)
• Failed to communicate with a client for over one year about her case
• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
• Failed to provide client with a fee agreement
• Prohibited from participating in a hearing because he had failed to file his notice of appearance for the client on time
• Was dishonest in communications with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Dana!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Dana by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Dana fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.hoglecriminallaw.com. Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.
