Attorney Jessica Graves of Tucson, AZ; ethical goblin

The state of Arizona provided Jessica C. Graves with a law license in 2015 after she graduated from the University of Arizona School of Law.

The Arizona State Bar found Jessica guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

In one matter, while Jessica was working as an associate attorney for an adoption law firm, she transferred numerous files belonging to the firm to a portable hard drive in anticipation of starting her own law practice. She did so without the knowledge or consent of the law firm for which she was working.

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Jessica by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Jessica fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on her self-serving website at www.JessicaGravesLaw.com. Apparently, she chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting her future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. July 2020), Jessica practices with the Law Office of Jessica C. Graves PLLC at 1760 East River Road in Tucson, Arizona.
