Attorney Katherine Flood of Indianapolis, IN; repeat convict

The state of Indiana provided Katherine Elizabeth Flood with a law license in 2012 after she graduated from the University of Notre Dame School of Law.

The Indiana Disciplinary Commission found Kathy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Pled guilty to disorderly conduct arising from domestic altercation at her home
  • Has two prior DUI convictions
  • Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Kathy by gifting her with a complimentary 90-day suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2020), Cathy practices with Flood Family Law LLC at 6417 Carrollton Avenue in Indianapolis, Indiana.
