Attorney Melissa Segundo-Moreno of San Antonio; repeater, Dumbo

 
The state of Texas presented Melissa Segundo-Moreno with a law license in 1997 after she graduated from St. Mary’s University Law School.
 
In 2011 the Disciplinary Commission found Melissa guilty of the following misconduct:
  1. Neglecting a client’s matter
  2. Failing to respond to a client’s request for information
  3. Failure to return unearned fee to client (crook)
  4. Failed to respond to the ethics complaint in violation of the rules
This was Melissa’s 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. In August 2008, Melissa’s misconduct resulted in her receiving a complimentary reprimand.
 
As a consequence of her most recent misconduct, the sympathizers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Melissa by gifting her were yet another reprimand.
 
As we speak (ca. April 2012) Melissa is employed as an attorney for the Catholic Charities at 202 W. French Place in San Antonio.
 
Its pretty clear that no self-respecting law firm in the San Antonio area was ever going to offer Melissa the Dumbo a good paying job. And that’s why she is working at a low paying job as an attorney for the Catholic Charities.
