Attorney Gabriel Giwa of Houston, TX; fraudster

The state of Texas presented Gabriel Ibukun Giwa with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from Texas Southern University School of Law.

The District 4 Grievance Committee found Gabe guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
• Engaged in fraudulent conduct while acting as a notary on a release of lien document as well as when he filed the document with the clerk’s office

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Gabe by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2020) Gabe practices with Gabe Giwa & Associates at 6776 Southwest Freeway in Houston, Texas.
