Attorney Mark Bernstein of Cherry Hill, NJ; slacker, loser

The state of New Jersey presented Mark A. Bernstein with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from Rutgers University School of Law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Mark guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to supervise nonlawyer assistant
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.

As we speak (ca. January 2021), Mark practices with the Law Office of Mark A. Bernstein at 1878 Route 70 in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.
