The state of New Jersey presented Kourtney Anna Borchers with a law license in 1997 after she graduated from Penn State University School of Law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Kourtney guilty of the following misconduct.

Apparently, they chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting their future victim pool.
