Attorney Jill Cadre of Englewood Cliffs, NJ; ethical elf

The state of New Jersey presented Jill Cadre with a law license in 2002 after she graduated from Yeshiva University School of Law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Jill guilty of the following misconduct.

• Negligent misappropriation [theft] of client funds
• Failed to maintain adequate trust account records
• Failed to make reasonable efforts to ensure that the conduct of nonlawyers is compatible with the his professional
• obligations

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Jill by gifting her with a complimentary admonishment.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Jill fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on her self-serving website at www.cadrelaw.com. Apparently, she chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting her future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. January 2021), Jill practices with the Cadre Law Firm at 400 Sylvan Avenue in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey.
