Attorney Dwight Day of Newark, NJ; ethical gremlin

The state of New Jersey presented Dwight Hugh Day with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from the New York School of Law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Dwight guilty of the following misconduct

• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Dwight!)
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
• Misappropriated [stole] client funds

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Dwight by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. January 2021), Dwight practices with the Law Office of Dwight H. Simon Day LLC at 473 Washington Street in Newark, New Jersey.
