Attorney Preston Fulford of Newark, NJ; committed domestic violence

The state of New Jersey presented Preston I. Fulford with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law. Preston also received a law license to practice in New York in 1999.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Preston guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Committed an act of domestic violence
  • Committed a criminal act that reflects adversely on the lawyer’s honesty, trustworthiness, or fitness as a lawyer

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Preston by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Preston fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.pfulford.com. Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting her future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. August 2020), Preston practices with the Law Office of Preston Fulford at 243 Broadway in Newark, New Jersey.
