Attorney Stephanie Hagan of Morristown, NJ; ethical dwarf

The state of New Jersey presented Stephan Frangos Hagan with a law license in 1985 after she graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law. She also received a law license to practice in New York in 1987.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Stephanie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Stephanie by gifting her with a complimentary admonishment.  

And lastly, as one would suspect, Stephanie and her firm fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on their self-serving website at www.dhkwlaw.com. Apparently, they chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting their future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. July 2021), Stephanie practices with Donahue, Hagan, Klein & Weisberg LLC at 44 Whippany Road in Morristown, New Jersey.
