Attorney Diego Milara of Newark, NJ; slacker, loser

The state of New Jersey presented Diego P. Milara with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from Rutgers University School of Law

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Diego guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in gross neglect of client matters
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to protect client interests upon termination
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Diego!)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Diego by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.  

As we speak (ca. February 2021), Diego practices with Marmolejo, Milara & Bernal-Silvaat at 98 McWhorter Street in Newark, New Jersey.
