Attorney Robert Stack of Kinnelon, NJ; ethical dwarf

The state of New Jersey presented Robert James Stack with a law license in 1996 after he graduated from Roger Williams University School of Law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in a conflict of interest
  • Represented a client in a matter and thereafter represented another client in a substantially related matter where the
  • interests were in conflict in a real estate matter

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.

As we speak (ca. February 2021), Bobby practices at 11 Kiel Avenue in Kinnelon, New Jersey.
