Attorney Stephen Severud of Parsippany, NJ; ethical troll

The state of New Jersey presented Stephen N. Severud with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney found Stevie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in gross neglect of client matters
• Failed to act with due diligence in tax assessment matter (slacker)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.  

And lastly, as one would suspect, Stevie fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.severudlaw.com. Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. August 2020), Stevie practices with the Law Office of Stephen N. Severud at 40 Baldwin Road in Parsippany, New Jersey.
