Attorney John Miller III of Cherry Hill, NJ; ethical gnome

The state of New Jersey presented John C. Miller III with a law license in 1986 after he graduated from Rutgers University School of Law. Johnny also received a law license from Pennsylvania in 1986.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in negligent misappropriation [theft] of client funds
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to comply with recordkeeping requirements

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.
