Attorney Robert Michelini of Newark, NJ; lying loser

The state of New Jersey presented Robert J. Michelini with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from Rutgers University School of Law

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Made materially false misrepresentation of fact or law about his legal services
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary censure.  

As we speak (ca. February 2021), Bobby practices at 166 Bloomfield Avenue in Newark, New Jersey.
