Attorney Michael Lindner Jr. of Pitman, NJ; scofflaw

The state of New Jersey presented Michael D. Lindner with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from Widener University School of Law. Mikey also received a license to practice in Pennsylvania in 1996.

FYI: Widener is ranked as the 170^th best law school in the country out of 200 ABA (American Bar Association) accredited law schools.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Mikey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in illegal practice of law while license suspended
• Failed to maintain required professional malpractice insurance

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Mikey by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.  

As we speak (ca. August 2020), Mikey practices with Lindner Law LLC at 302 Montgomery Avenue in Pitman, New Jersey.
