Attorney Carlton Stant of Tempe, AZ; slacker, loser

The state of Arizona presented Carlton Aki Stant with a law license in 2015 after he graduated from Arizona State University School of Law.

The Arizona State Bar found Carlton guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Made false statement of material fact to ethics investigators (Screw you, said Carl!)
• Failed to decline or terminate representation when required to so act

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Carl by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.  

As we speak (ca. August 2020) Carol practices with Stant Law PLLC in Tempe, Arizona.
