Attorney Craig Gilgallon of Morristown, NJ; ethical dwarf

The state of New Jersey presented Craig S. Gilgallon with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from Rutgers University School of Law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Craig guilty of the following misconduct.

• Involved in recordkeeping irregularities
• Failed to promptly satisfy the seller’s mortgage from the closing proceeds while acting as a closing agent in a real
• estate matter

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Craig by gifting him with a complimentary Admonishment.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Craig fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at   www.gilgallon.net. Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.
