Attorney Erik Mueller of Ocean, NJ; convicted felon

The state of New Jersey presented Erol W. Mueller with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from Rutgers University School of Law. Erik also received a license to practice in New York in 2001.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Erik guilty of the following misconduct.

Erik’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client regarding expungement matter

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Erik by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.

Erik’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Pled guilty to conspiracy to commit wire fraud

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Erik by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2020) Erik practices with Erik W. Mueller Attorney at Law, LLC at 1500 Allaire Avenue in Ocean, New Jersey.
