Attorney Clifford Van Syoc of Cherry Hill, NJ; ethical goblin

The state of New Jersey presented Clifford L. Van Syoc with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from Rutgers University School of Law.  

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Cliff guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to treat with courtesy and consideration all persons involved in the legal process
• Made a statement he knew to be false or with reckless disregard as to its truth or falsity concerning the qualifications of a judge
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Geoffrey by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.  

As we speak (ca. July 2020) Cliff practices with Van Syoc Chartered at 401 Kings Highway South in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.
