Attorney Stephen Darling of Columbus, OH; ethical troll

The state of Ohio presented Stephen Michael Darling with a law license in 2006 after he graduated from the University of Toledo School of Law.

The Columbus Bar Association found Stevie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Knowingly made a false statement of fact or law in dealing with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Stevie!)
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
• Failed to prepare closing statement involving settlement of client claims
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to promptly notify client/third party of receipt of funds they were entitled to receive

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Stevie by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. September 2020) Stevie practices with the Darling Law Firm at 1184 City Park in Columbus, Ohio.
