Justice of the Peace Paul Welsh of Ontario, CAN; ethical troll
FYI: This is the fifth (5th) time that Paulie will have to appear before a disciplinary tribunal following complaints lodged against him.
The Justices of the Peace Review Council has found Paulie guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

Failed to explain that litigant’s case was now over, and the prosecution wouldn’t be going ahead

Litigants confused and frustrated by Paulie’s conduct

Paulie’s actions lacked courtesy, sincerity, respect, and fairness

Gave his personal cell number to Halton Regional Police officers so they didn’t have to go through normal court processes to arrange search warrants, sealing orders, and legal advice

When presented with at least 90 voluminous search warrants, Paulie consistently flipped to the back page and signed, creating the “impression that he was ‘rubber stamping’ such orders”

Conduct gave rise to a reputation among police officers that he would never refuse to grant a warrant

Mocked, patronize and deliberately mislead self-represented complainants who had come before him and appeared to be amused by the way he did so
All that’s left now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Paulie by the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Justices of the Peace Review Council.
As we speak (ca. June 2020), Paulie continues to sit as a Justice of the Peace in Ontario, Canada.
