Why is former Sen. John Edwards so popular?

One week before his criminal trial began on April 23, 2012 in Greensboro, North Carolina, one or more polls showed that Edwards’ favorable rating stood at 3%.

It’s difficult to understand how a two-timing louse like Edwards could garner such a high favorable rating.

To achieve a 3% favorable rating the poll must have been limited to members of Edwards’ defense team and the clientele of the following Greensboro establishments.
  • Harper’s II Exotic Car Wash on Guilford College Road
  • Centerfold’s on Veasley Street
  • The Gold Club on Burn Poplar Road
Talk about stacking the deck!
