Solicitor Daniel Shields of Galway, Ireland; slacker

The Law Society provided Daniel J. Shields with a solicitor’s license in 1978 after he graduated from Queen’s University School of Law.

The Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal found Danny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Failed to comply with undertakings assigned to him in a timely manner
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Solicitor Misfits sitting on the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal punished Danny by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.

As we speak (ca. February 2021), Danny practices with VP Shields & Sons Solicitors at Westbridge, Loughrea in Galway, Ireland.
