The state of California presented Benjamin Tyler Brandt with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from the University of Pacific McGeorge School of Law.

The State Bar Court found Benny guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in multiple acts of misconduct
• Repeatedly engaged in illegal practice of law in the local bankruptcy court law for several years
• Exhibited indifference toward rectification or atonement for consequences of misconduct
• Waited over six years to pay the $ 1,000 sanctions and seemingly refuses to accept the findings of the bankruptcy court, even though they are final and binding

As a direct consequence of him misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the State Bar Court punished Sabir by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.
