The state of Louisiana presented Maynard Keith Batiste Sr. with a law license in 195 after he graduated from Loyola University of School of Law.

 

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Maynard guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Mismanaged client trust account
  • Improperly entered into oral contingency fee agreements with his clients

As a direct consequence of him misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Maynard by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.

 

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Maynard.
