Attorney John Haugh of Newport News, VA; convicted batterer

The state of Virginia presented Eric Nelson Strom with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from George Mason University School of Law.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary found Eric guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Charged with misdemeanor assault and battery
  • Charged with brandishing a firearm, a misdemeanor
  • Subsequently pled guilty to assault and battery

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Eric by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Johnny and his firm fail to mention the misconduct set forth above on their self-serving website at www.weisbergattorneys.com. Apparently, they chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting their future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. July 2020), John practices with Weisberg & Weisberg PLLC at 744 Thimble Shoals Blvd in Newport News, Virginia.
