Attorney Randall Gottschalk of St. Louis Park, MN; cheating loser

The state of Minnesota presented Randall Edward Gottschalk with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from Hamline University of School of Law.

The Office of Lawyer Regulation found Randy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Made false and/or fraudulent entries on billing records in multiple matters
• Made misrepresentations [lied] to lawyers at the law firm he was employed to conceal his fraudulent billing
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Benny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

Because Attorney Misfits in Minnesota are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Randy was never criminally charged or prosecuted for fraud and/or grand theft.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Randy fails to mention the above misconduct on his self-serving website at www.gottschalk-law.com.   Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.
