Attorney J. M. Long, III of Conway, SC; serial pervert

The state of South Carolina presented Jefferson Marion Long III with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from the University of South Carolina School of law.

J.M. the Perv was charged with the following criminal acts:
  1. In Nov 2009, J.M. arrested for exposing his private parts by standing behind a clear glass storm door at his law office
  2. In Jan 2010, J.M. charged with two more counts of exposing himself while standing behind a glass storm door at his home.
  3. In 2011, a grand jury indicated J.M. on two counts of exposure of private parts in a lewd and lascivious manner
Subsequently, J.M. the Perv pleaded guilty to two counts of exposing private parts in exchange for the indecent exposure charges being dismissed by the local prosecutor. Jimmy was sentenced to 30 days in jail and fined $600.

After J.M.  pleaded guilty, the South Carolina Disciplinary Counsel filed misconduct charges against him as a result of his criminal conduct.

As a consequence of his criminal conduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the South Carolina Supreme Court punished J.M. by gifting him with a complimentary nine-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2012) J.M. practices at 318 Beaty Street in Conway, South Carolina.
