Attorney Joseph Fitzpatrick Jr. of Montgomery, AL; ethical dwarf

The state of Alabama presented Joseph Lee Fitzpatrick, Jr. with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from the Birmingham School of Law.

The Alabama State Bar Association found Joey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Failed to decline/terminate representation when required to do so
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Joey by gifting him with a complimentary 91-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. June 2020), Joey practices with J. Fitzpatrick & Associates LLC in Montgomery, Alabama.
