Attorney Joan Thomas of North Olmsted, OH; ethical goblin

The state of Ohio presented Joan Jacobs Thomas with a law license in 1984 after she graduated from Cleveland State University School of Law.

Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Joanie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in illegal ex parte (one-sided) conversations with a judge
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Knowingly made a false statement of material fact
• Failed to acknowledge wrongful nature of her conduct

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Joanie by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Gabe by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oho Supreme Court.
