Attorney Daniel Moulton of Rochester, MN; tax cheat

The state of Minnesota presented Daniel J. Moulton with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from Hamline School of Law.

FYI: Hamline is ranked as the 164th best law school in the country out of 202 ABA accredited schools.

The Office of Lawyer Regulation found Danny guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to timely file employer quarterly withholding tax returns
  • Failed to timely pay employer withholding taxes

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Minnesota Supreme Court punished Danny by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Danny fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.attorneydanmoulton.com.   Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. September 2020), Danny practices with the Moulton Law Office at 746 14th Avenue SW in Rochester, Minnesota.
