Attorney Jeanette Robinson of Elyria, OH; thieving loser

The state of Ohio presented Jeanette Michele Robinson with a law license in 1992 after she graduated from California Western University School of Law.

FYI: California Western School of Law is ranked as the 164th best law school in the country out of 202 ABA accredited schools.

The Lorain County Bar Association found Jenny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Submitted daily billings of at least 14.8 hours and up to 30.2 hours on multiple occasions, which did not account for time he also billing for legal services to private clients
• Submitted billings for court-appointed work on same day she was attending all-day CLE (Continuing Legal Education) seminar
• Bill more than 300 hours in one month
• Billed Lorain County for an average of 235.7 hours per month over 13-month period
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonest or misrepresentation
• Knowingly made false statements of material fact to the Ohio Public Defender’s Office and Lorain County officials
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Knowingly submitted false payment requests to Lorain County courts

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Jenny by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Oho Supreme Court.

And lastly, because Attorney Misfits in Ohio are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Tommy was never criminally charged or prosecuted for grand theft.
