Attorney Vadim Alper of Bayonne, NJ; convict

The state of New Jersey presented Vadim Alper with a law license in 2009 after he graduated from Widener University School of Law.

FYI: Widener is ranked as the 170th best law school in the country out of 200 ABA (American Bar Association) accredited law schools.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Vadim guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty, or misrepresentation
  • Indicted, in Hudson County, for second-degree and third-degree computer criminal activity
  • The second-degree charge was downgraded

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Vadim by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2020), Vadim practices at 63 Hook Road in Bayonne, New Jersey.
